Our Trip to Italy - Ustream Haulie

Ciao Tutti! This is Darcie. I suppose at some point, we will post pictures of our "avventuras" in Tuscany with Tim Holtz and crew. But for now, we did a Ustream show  HERE last Saturday where I showed my haul and Johnna and I told stories of our trip. Oh and we talked a little about Tim's classes lol.  We had a blast as you can imagine! Check it out if you haven't yet.

NY NY on the way to Tuscany

Just playing catch up with my trip to Tuscany. It all started at 4:30 a.m. to catch the flight to JFK. Met up with my sista Darcie and took a cab ride to the Sheraton Times Square. It is one of my favorite hotels to stay in in NY, only because it is in such a great location if you are into walking.

Here are some pics of the day on our walk to find Tinsel Trading Company's new store location.

I just thought this was the cutest window display and how about those flower lamps? Love 'em!

The Lovely Linda as she said Tim Holtz has named her, really was lovely and we got so many cool vintage items, she said the old location was really a sight to be seen, but this shop was filled to the brim with so much glitter goodness! She gave me a little love note to pass on to Tim when we saw him in Italy ; )
Then we were off to have a delicious dinner at a greek restaurant right down the street from Tinsel Trading on Lexington Ave. Delish!
